Why this page exists
The commonest complaint we hear about fertility treatment in Delhi is not about outcomes. It is about money — quotes that changed, extras that appeared, and a final bill nobody had prepared them for.
The figures below are indicative ranges for 2026 at our centres. They are not a quotation: your own estimate is produced after the workup, itemised, in writing, and it is what you pay.

Drug costs are the single biggest variable in an IVF cycle and can differ by more than ₹60,000 between two patients on the same protocol. Your dose depends on your age, AMH and antral follicle count — which is why a meaningful figure can only be given after the workup.
What is not charged for
- Reviewing reports and cycle records you bring from another centre
- Explaining a result — follow-up phone calls about a report are not billed
- A treatment you do not need. If the workup shows IUI will work, you are not sold IVF
Making the numbers comparable
When comparing centres, ask each one the same five questions: does the quote include stimulation drugs; is blastocyst culture included or extra; is ICSI included or extra; what does freezing and one year of storage cost; and what would a subsequent frozen transfer cost. Quotes that look very different often converge once those are answered.
Questions we are asked most
Why are the figures given as ranges?
Because the honest answer depends on your drug doses, which depend on your age and ovarian reserve. A 29-year-old with good reserve needs far less stimulation medication than a 41-year-old with low AMH, and the drugs are the largest single variable in an IVF bill. You receive your own itemised figure in writing after the workup.
What is included in the IVF figure?
Stimulation drugs, monitoring scans, egg retrieval with anaesthesia, laboratory fertilisation and blastocyst culture, and the fresh embryo transfer. ICSI, genetic testing, freezing and storage are listed separately because not everyone needs them.
Are there costs that appear later?
Anything not on your written estimate should not appear on your bill. If a cycle has to be abandoned mid-way — poor response, a hyperstimulation risk — you are told the same day what that changes financially. Additional frozen transfers from the same retrieval are quoted upfront.
Do you offer EMI or insurance?
Card EMI is available through most major banks. Most Indian health insurance policies still exclude fertility treatment, although some corporate group policies now include it — worth checking your specific policy wording, and we will provide whatever documentation you need.
Is a cheaper clinic a false economy?
Not always, but be careful what the low headline covers. Ask specifically whether the quote includes drugs, whether blastocyst culture is extra, whether ICSI is extra, and what a second frozen transfer would cost. A low IVF price with everything itemised on top often ends higher.
